Your Tickets will be emailed to you and are accessible via your showclix account. Click “Print Tickets” to download the PDF

Sure! Tickets are Transferable but not refundable. If you are coming in someone else’s place, just make sure you’ve got their ticket barcode ready.

Yes, Valid government-issued photo ID required. No Exceptions.

Some contracts require us to delay the ticket delivery until 72 Hours before the event to discourage reselling. Hang tight, your tickets will arrive.
Parking& Arrival

Yes, all parking at Brewery Ommegang is free.

Pickup at the end of the night is first-come, first-served. Look for the designated taxi area.
Camping

Yes, but you’ll need a camping + event ticket package. No ticket, no campsite.

Tent camping only. No RVs or cars in the camping area, or in the parking lot.

Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in the camping area. No glass containers.

Nope: this ain’t the Oregon Trail. No open flames allowed, partner. But don’t worry, we’ll keep the night warm with good music and better beer. (This means no grills, campfires, propane, etc.)
Weather & Safety

Yes. Dress for the weather. We’re pouring beers no matter what.

Safety comes first. If lightning or storms approach, we’ll evacuate temporarily. We’ll make announcements on-site and online. Everyone will be asked to return to their vehicles until it’s safe to resume.
The Festival

Oh, just a world-class selection of Belgian and Belgian-style brews from legends near and far. Full brewery list coming soon.

Yes, expect festival favorites and wild cards, plus vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

Only into the camping area. No outside food or drinks allowed in the festival zone.

Yes, and you’ll want to snag it faster than a runaway stagecoach. Limited-edition Wild West goods, BCTC exclusives, and wearable souvenirs await at the General Store (aka the merch tent).

No re-entry unless you have a camping pass.

What to Bring/Not to Bring

Valid ID (you will be wristbanded)
Sunscreen, water bottle, hat
Blanket or camp chair (not in front of the stage)
Small bag (subject to search)

Open flames or grills
Outside food or drink (festival area only)
Glass, explosives, illegal substances
Drones, aerosol sprays (including bug spray)
Audio/video equipment
Emotional support animals (only trained service dogs allowed)
Socks that don’t match (just kidding… kinda)
Respect & Safety
Our team is here to help—security, EMTs, and friendly staff will be onsite.
Even outlaws need manners. Respect the land, the beer, and each other, or you’ll be riding off early. This means please respect all venue rules, our land, our team, and each other. Anyone damaging property or behaving aggressively will be removed. No exceptions.
